3. Services and Responsibilities

  • We are responsible for arranging travel services as outlined in your booking confirmation.
  • Our agency is not liable for acts, omissions, or errors by third-party providers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or changes beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certifications.
  • All personal information provided must be accurate. The agency is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect details submitted by the client.
  • Some trips may have health or fitness requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements before booking.

5. Pricing and Fees

  • Package prices include only what is explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. Additional services, such as excursions, meals, and personal expenses, may incur extra charges.
  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, and supplier rate adjustments. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining suitable coverage. The agency can provide recommendations upon request.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints should be reported immediately to the agency so that we may attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration if an amicable solution cannot be reached.

  • Client data is collected for booking and service purposes only. We adhere to relevant data protection regulations to ensure the security of personal information.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill travel arrangements.
